Apartment on the ground floor of the owner's villa, next to apartment FKO126. Two terraces are available here, as well as an above-ground swimming pool and a small sports hall for shared use with FKO126 tenants, located in the Gulf of Sagone, in the heart of the small village of Coggia, where you can enjoy a municipal tennis court, typical Corsican evenings in the village inn, not to mention the beaches, where you will be offered many water sports. In the surroundings, you will have the opportunity to discover, during horse riding or hiking, magnificent Corsican landscapes. Free access to the owner's vegetable garden, which lives on the first floor of the house. The 2 apartments can be rented together, offering a capacity of 12 people. Bedroom 2 has no windows. There is a slight slope to park in front of the house.
