The Grange Park (Vendée) is nestled in an exceptional environment, isolated in the heart of a private estate of 22 hectares on the edge of a pine forest.
It is located a few hundred meters from the shore and a few kilometers from the center of Jard sur Mer. A footpath through the pine forest provides direct access to the beach (10 minutes walk Ragounite Beach / 25 minutes walk to the Mine Beach).
Finally, the nearby bike path opens the way to one of the most beautiful circuits in the region.
Our apartment (type T3 with a separate bedroom and a mezzanine bedroom), ideal for 4 people, has a balcony with direct views of the pine forest.
The environment, quiet and secure (private park), is ideal for young children.
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance with a large closet, a living room with a kitchen (fridge, microwave, hood, coffee maker, 2 burner stove), a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.
In the living room you will find a ladder giving access to the mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and a closet.
On the floor, you will find an independent room with a bed 2 places.
An umbrella bed and baby chair are at your disposal.
