Beautiful Air Conditioned 3 Bedroom Villa | House in Alvor

Vista Bonita has recently been fully refurbished, it has its own private roof terrace for sunbathing, and perfect for sunset drinks or BBQ’s, with a great view of the mountains of Monchique. It is located just 3 minutes walk from a communal swimming pool, in a quiet residential area with lots of natural light. With modern decoration, its only 1.8 km from Alvor and the wonderful beach, also its only 500 m from the aerodrome of Portimão where you will find two skydive companies.

The space
The villa has 3 bedrooms, all Air Conditioned, 2 bathrooms and can sleep 6 people comfortably. It has a well equipped kitchen and an airy lounge & dining room that opens up to a balcony, perfect for open air dining. Two of the bedrooms have private balconies, and on the top floor is a roof terrace, with views of the mountains to Monchique.
The property is well suited to small families or a group of friends to share. There is wireless internet access, Netflix TV as well as international stations. The house is within easy reach of the lively fishing village of Alvor, beautiful beaches and numerous golf courses and a lawn Bowels Club.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for dinning in, with hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine.
Unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible as sleeping quarters are up and down stairs, and we do not recommend it for people with limited mobility due to the stairs.

There is ample free parking.

Out & About: Vista Bonita is only 1.8 km from the busy fishing village of Alvor with its fun restaurants and bars. (it’s a 3 euro Taxi ride if you don’t have a car, or a regular bus service runs from the end of the road) Praia da Rocha, the well known resort with beaches, hotels, casino and bars/restaurants is only 6 km away. The historic town of Lagos is 15 minutes drive and offers good restaurants and great nightlife.
There are many golf courses, beaches, scuba diving, surfing, jet skiing, windsurfing & kite surfing, riding, fishing, cycling, sailing, to mention but a few and when the kids have tried of all these there are still water parks, jeep safaris and Zoo marine world. For those seeking other challenges, skydiving is an active sport at Alvor aerodrome at certain times of the year. Additionally, there is the racing track 15 minutes away in Mexilhoeira that hosts Formula 1 Motor Racing, Super bike and Go Karting.
Only 20 km away is the mountain of Monchique with its Spa and thermal water, where you can enjoy a fantastic view in a cooler mountain climate while enjoying the famous piri-piri grilled chicken or regional almond cake..
