The villa has beautiful terraces at the front and rear and air conditioning in the upper living space as well as in the 2 upper bedrooms. Recently a beautiful walking path was constructed completely separate from the main road, so ideal as a pedestrian and very safe for children. Along this road Albufeira can be reached in 20 minutes.
