This single-storey gîte (access via 2 steps) consists of an equipped kitchen, a living room (1 140 cm sofa bed), two bedrooms (one with 1 140 cm bed and the other with 2 twin 90cm beds), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. A 25 m² garage is also at your disposal with washing machine. Outside, you will find a wooded and fenced plot of 1,000m² not overlooked with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
