Situated on the GR34 coastal path, just a few metres from the beaches, this contemporary house welcomes you for your holidays with family or friends.
Sleeping up to 6 people, it has a lovely, light-filled living room, a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms, all with access to a terrace with a sea view over the Bay of Pouldu and the Island of Groix. You can also enjoy this view from the garden!

The house :
With a surface area of 123 m², Les Chardonnerets is spread over 2 levels and is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A beautiful, bright living room of around 50 m², arranged in an L-shape, where the TV lounge area and the dining area with a country-style dining table mingle. Tiled floors, wooden or rattan furniture and a pellet stove add charm and cosiness to this room.
- A separate, modern, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, food processor, multi-function food processors, toaster, kettle, coffee makers (plunger, electric, capsule), etc. There is another dining table.
- Separate WC with washbasin.
First floor:
- A lovely mezzanine sleeping area with a sofa, bookcase, TV and cot.
- 3 double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), each with access to the terrace from which you have a superb sea view. Facing east, it's the ideal place to enjoy breakfast, thanks to its garden furniture.
- Bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, storage space, towel rail, hairdryer and toiletries (soap).
- Separate WC.
Outside:
The 500 m² enclosed garden has garden furniture, parasol, table and chairs and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal while contemplating the sea.

The property is located in a peaceful and pleasant area, on the corner of two streets reserved for residents, one of which leads to the slipway and the other to the beach. You'll find all the amenities you need in Clohars-Carnoët town centre: bakery, butcher's, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

At the other end of the commune is the port of Doëlan, which can be easily explored on foot. For hiking enthusiasts, there is the famous GR 34, but the inland area also offers a wealth of possibilities. The forest of Carnoët and the abbey of Saint-Maurice will appeal to lovers of wooded nature, but the diversity of the landscapes around Clohars is not the only wealth of the region. In summer, you can take advantage of a wide range of cultural activities, such as Les sorties de bain, which takes place every Sunday in Le Pouldu. A newcomer to the festival scene, Les Rias takes place in the Quimperlé area at the end of August. Street theatre takes centre stage, and all performances are free! With Lorient just 20 kilometres away, the Interceltic Festival finally resounds throughout the region to the sound of bombards and bagpipes.
