We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Ceyreste, 3 km from the sea, at the limit of the Var and the Bouches du Rhône, this charming house, with swimming pool, of a surface of 160 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travelers (ideally 6 adults and a child). It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m², a large equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms, and you will be able to enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m² including 2 terraces and a private swimming pool. Wifi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The house is ideally located at 500 m from the center of the village, in a very quiet and pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby.
The house is composed as follows:
- A living room of 60 m² facing South with TV, lounge and dining room, and leading to a large shaded terrace.
- An equipped kitchen of 25 m² with in particular: coffee filter machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, cooking plates, dishwasher...
- Bedroom 1: on the ground floor, located in an independent studio of about 40 m² composed of a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a bathroom (shower) with private toilet, and a large room that can be used as an office or as a child's room with a single bed that can be installed on request or a baby bed provided.
- Bedroom 2: on the first floor, a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a private bathroom (shower).
- Bedroom 3: upstairs, a double bed (140×200).
- Bathroom (bathtub) with WC on the floor.
