Our Unique 5 Bedroom 500 m2 Villa was built in 2015 and has an open concept. This 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom home has an excellent design and layout with Master Bedroom on a partial second floor with a beautiful view of old growth trees; all other living spaces are on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathrooms. The design was meant to maximize the back yard and full-service gazebo with built in BBQ and pizza oven. The beautiful antiqued light colored marble floor throughout the villa is a key factor in the bright and easy feel to the villa. For cozy movie watching or music listening there is a beautiful cinema room. The V-shaped lot at the end of a quiet cul de sac is perfect for the two ground floor wings with two bedrooms on either side. The kitchen has an excellent and functional distribution for the home and vacation cook.
