Summary: We checked in afternoon. We booked three rooms. Villa for 3 nights, the villa was huge for four people. rooms are very specious and ensuit bathroom where the same. living room nicely laid out and very nice decorated it. Air conditioning was perfect. Reception was really slow and check in almost not prepared for Our arrival although transport was arranged by the hotel from the airport. Their transportation service was poor. The villa itself was marvelous although of some need for maintenance here and there. in room dining was good. There was difficulty of understanding English with some of the staff. pool needed maintenance and fortunately the flooring of the pool was too sharp that my kids got many scratches. Breakfast was too poor. Beach wasn’t cleaned and looks abandoned although it is very beautiful. Pool wasnt heated and jaccuzi wasnt working. I believe if the management changed this hotel will be a real gem in mai khao.
