Summary: The address given will take you to the office. The actual rooms are a short walk away in a residential area. If you don't have a lot of luggage and don't mind walking, I suggest you walk from the airport. There is a 7-11 and a few restaurants around, but not much. The area is quiet, except for the planes. The room comes with aircon. The bed was a bit hard but surprisingly it helped my lower back pain. The faucet in the bathroom sink was hard to make it work, but there was another faucet on the wall. I used that instead. The lady and her son (I think) are lovely. They offered to clean and change my towels out, but I declined. They do a good job at maintenance. They have free coffee, tea, and snacks in the common area. They were very helpful in getting me a taxi to Patong. Overall, if you're looking for a simple place to stay, away from the tourist areas or waiting for your flight, I recommended this place. It is a 15 minute walk to the busy tourist area. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe here.

Summary: Service was great, fans available in room so you can bear the heat. Owner allowed me to check in at 5AM. If your plane lands late and you require late check in, just let the hotel know in advance.

Summary: Close to the airport and we are so thankful that the owner upgraded our room to a bigger room！ It was spacious and very good for those who arrive very late or need to catch up for early flight. The owner Mr Big was very hospitality to send us a message prior to our arrival to ask for our flight details so as to be well prepared upon our arrival. He also granted late check out for us. Thank you so much！
