The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies with nice views of the Madeira landscape and the sea. Two bedrooms have doors opening onto one of the balconies with views over the rooftops, the mountains, the church and a glimpse of the sea. The apartment has air conditioning an Netflix. It is situated in Funchal Centre, just behind La Vie Shopping Centre including a 24/7 pharmacy and a supermarket opened every day of the week. Even though the apartment is close to the center it is quiet in the evenings and through the night. 10 minutes flat walking distance from the Cathedral, Santa Catarina Park and Municipal Garden, the Ritz Café, the Theatre Café and The Golden Gate Grand Café or the Marina where most buses stop. Car parking is in the street by pay meters.
