Positive: Very good location close to Lumpini Park. Comfortable room with a nice city view

Negative: There were a few ants in the room. Not many, just around 3 at a time on top of the desk, but still unpleasant. The hot water in the shower stopped working after our first day there. The windows were a bit dirty and could have used a cleaning
