A lovely sea view villa(600 sqm) full of bougainville flowers with a large patio, heated swimming pool, Hot-tub and extensive garden(4.600 sqm) with playground, large chessgame and BBQarea. A spacious living room with a cosy fireplace, library, pool table and dining area. There is a state of the art Portuguese style kitchen with dinner table. The left wing situates a large guest bedroom with private bathroom and a large suite with a walk in closet and private bathroom. The right wing provides 3 more large guest bedrooms, a hallway and two luxurious bathrooms. Outside there is a large heated pool and a separate hot-tub. There is a large south west facing terrace with sun-loungers, umbrellas and tables and chairs for alfresco dining. There is a separate BBQ area with a plancha, bbq, oven, fridge, sink and a large round dinner table. The extensive lawns provide plenty of playing space for the children (if you can get them out of the pool that is!).
In the basement there is gym with fitness equipment.
There is also full size table tennis table, pool table, football table, beach football/volleyball, jeu de boule and a large chessgame.
