Positive: It’s beautifully designed, well laid out and has amazing views. The pool is incredible with some of the comfiest and largest sunbeds I’ve ever seen. All the staff are so kind and attentive. The beds are so comfortable and the room generally was incredible. They decorated the bed for a birthday and there was always some kind of free snack or drink being brought around the poolside making it feel more like an experience than a stay. There were lots of free activities and crafts that I wish we’d had time to enjoy. One of the best stays I have had in Thailand to date.

Negative: The pool access room didn’t come with any pool towels so we had to go on the hunt, and they run out quite frequently. The breakfast choice was amazing but I was sad that the hot food was quite cold.

Summary: Beautiful 5 star hotel and service
