Positive: The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive and friendly

Negative: The layout of the hotel is best described as awkward as you have to walk some way from the main lobby to the breakfast area and restaurants, or take the electric buggy. There are a lack of hand rails on some stairways. May steps to the open entrance lobby and check in. Some features were poorly designed from an architectural point of view. The room had a damp smaell, this may be due to the humidity but there were signs of damp in the Hotel. Ground floor pool rooms, can be noisy from motor scooters and voices outside on the roadway surrounding the property.

Summary: The staff were really excellent, however I would choose another hotel if I go again.
