This delightful 315² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with traditional features and an elegant style, with windows that provide a peaceful and bright ambience to guests.
As you'll enter on the ground floor, there are three beautiful bedrooms: the first bedroom includes a double bed and multiple storage spaces. The second bedroom has one comfortable single bed and ample storage. The third bedroom has two single beds and a private bathroom. A shared bathroom in the hallway has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.
Upstairs, on the first floor, the living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker. This floor has another shared bathroom available.
On the top floor is the fourth bedroom, which includes two cosy single beds and plenty of organisers, and big ceiling windows for natural light.
The property also opens onto a lovely terrace, with a barbecue area providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and a beautiful dinner at sunset. There is also a little annexe with laundry equipment.

A few minutes' drive away, immerse yourself in the dramatic beauty of the coast, relaxing on the beaches of Praia das Maçãs and Praia Grande, or visiting the iconic Azenhas do Mar—a postcard-perfect village suspended on the cliffside with its unforgettable ocean-fed pools. For lovers of hiking and nature, adventure begins at your doorstep, with countless trails winding through the mountains, forests, and vineyards, leading to viewpoints with incredible vistas.
For a truly local experience, we invite you to visit the Santo André Market to pick out fresh fruits and vegetables, or the market at Praia das Maçãs, famous for its fish and genuine atmosphere. And, of course, discover the winemaking soul of Colares, a unique DOC region where vines grow in sandy soil, and taste its historic wines. Here, between the tranquility of the mountains and the energy of the sea, you will find the perfect setting for a memorable stay.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
